Farm & Rural Stress Support

"It helps to talk to someone who listens and understands..."

Manitoba Farm, Rural & Northern Support Services, commonly known as the Support Line, provides telephone and online counselling and support to farmers, and rural and northern Manitobans.

The Support Line also offers public education, a volunteer training program, a monthly Suicide Bereavement Support group, and houses a Rural Resource Centre with books, videos and articles related to rural, northern, indigenous, and agricultural mental health.

No matter what the issue, you can contact the Support Line. Counsellors offer free, confidential and non-judgmental support for anyone who lives on a Manitoba farm, rural or northern community.

Call their telephone help line toll free at 1-866-367-3276, Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. After hours call toll free 1-888-322-3019, or use their Live Online Chat Support.
